Three Things To Know About the SOHO Soft Pad
Companies that have relied on Laura Davidson.
Looks good, feels good Needed a drafting chair for my drafting table, so I got the soft padded one. This chair has a unique design that is extremely visually appealing. Made of solid materials - no squeaks, wobbles, or any other type of issue that i can identify yet. easy to put together, only hands required. Really comfortable - I'm 5'7'' about 200lbs. Foot rest is adjustable. Leans back - has a lean back lock lever as well. You can also adjust the tension needed to lean back. Highly recommend
I usually don't write reviews, but I felt obligated, given that there were only three reviews for such a fantastic chair. I bought two of the darker brown for use at my bar. I really needed something adjustable, and I noticed the schematic showed that these tilt as well. These are amazing! I don't use the rollers, they come equipped with little feet that you can use instead. They are super-strong, and the tilt feature is fantastic. They really do look as sharp as the pictures. I will definitely prefer "Laura" with any chair purchase going forward. This company and the quality of this chair is the antithesis of all the Garbage on Wayfair and Amazon. I don't usually spend mid-$300 for a single chair, but I'm super glad I did for these. Thoughtful design touches: The handles don't come all the way forward, so this tucks under tables and bars easily. Final Note: it's fun to notice just how many movies you'll see these chairs in, if you look. These are heavy-duty, gorgeously designed chairs, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
This chair seat and back are really comfy. The footrest isn't wide enough and my feet have to feel around before I find it. I wasn't able to tighten the arms as well as I would like, but I do like the pushbuttons included that hide the screw heads. I also like the plain feet plus the casters. I'm using the casters. I am disabled and needed a chair with height that I could push around the kitchen without all that standing. The chair gets me to the perfect counter/stove height. So far, I'm glad that I bought it.
Nice looking and way more comfortable than a wood stool! However, when fully extended, which we need as our desk is a drafting table, it gets a little wobbly. I'm a big guy at 6'5" 220lbs, but my wife who's petite said the same thing.
Needed a standing desk chair for my standing desk, so I got the soft padded one. This chair has a unique design that is extremely visually appealing. Made of solid materials - no squeaks, wobbles, or any other type of issue that i can identify yet. Suspiciously easy to put together, only hands required. I haven't put the arm rests on yet and am using the stationary legs. Really comfortable - I'm 5'10'' about 145. Foot rest is adjustable. Leans back - has a lean back lock lever as well. You can also adjust the tension needed to lean back. Highly recommend so far. Will try to update this review after several months of use, but seeing how solid this is, i had to do an early review.
