Returns and Warranty
So if you're on this page, we're sorry. Our chairs or products haven't 100% satisfied you and that's what we strive for. But thankfully, we're here to help!
First, keep in mind a few things about our return policy.
- The chair has to still be in like new condition. Wine stains, missing wheels, slashes and gashes, etc. nullify the return policy (unless FedEx did it, ha).
- The return has to be occurring within 60 days of purchase and utilize the same packing/box it came in.
- Free returns are only offered for customers living in the lower 48 US states, and only for items purchased directly through LauraDavidsonDirect.com.

How Returns Work
So we’ll cover the cost of your return shipping for up to 3 items within 60 days of your order.
First, please e-mail us with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
We'll reply with return instructions and shipping labels for you to print and affix to the original packaging. Your returns can be taken to a FedEx authorized drop off location or we can arrange a FedEx pick up for $15.
After the 60 day return period has passed, sales are final. But don't worry — your chair is still covered under warranty!
All of our products are covered with a minimum 2-year full warranty when purchased directly through our website (and a lifetime warranty on parts).
So in the unlikely event that any part of the chair fails and it's under warranty – we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost. Simply chat, e-mail us, or call us and we'll quickly resolve any problems. Make sure to take a picture and describe the issue as best as possible!
Replacements generally leave the warehouse within 1 business day of being requested.
(Note that this warranty does not cover damage to items due to neglect or carelessness, and does not cover dirt or dye transfer from clothing.)
