I did my research on chairs for my cabinet height desk. The customer service team helped me ensure I was ordering the right height. The drafting cushioned chair is perfect for my office and custom desk. I initially got the chair and I couldn't get the arms to fit securely. I emailed pictures, and the customer service team sent out a replacement seat and arms, and I got it to fit securely! It actually was so easy to put together. Overall, the build quality of this chair is high. Seem like good materials and heavy duty. It also looks nice. Unfortunately the chair didn't work for me. It didn't provide the support I needed, and I got a sore back. I also thought the arm rests were too low to be of use. That said, the company was excellent to work with and honored their guarantee. Returning the chair went smoothly. Buy with confidence because if it doesn't work for you, you're not locked in to keeping it.

This chair is so much better than any other I have used before, even the chairs in my fancy office building that are priced over $1,000. It is exceptionally comfortable and beautiful. My home office desk did not adjust low enough for me to sit comfortably in a standard height chair, so I chose this drafting chair. It adjusts so I can comfortably sit at any height with my adjustable desk, and the wheels move so smoothly that it is easy to shift between sitting and standing at my desk. It feels very sturdy and solidly made. The vegan leather is soft and luxurious, but also feels durable. The telescoping mechanism is smooth and easy to use. Too long to read? Summary: I highly recommend it.
